Large Commercial Airports in Oklahoma

Will Rogers World Airport (OKC)
8,100 acre Oklahoma City airport serving more than 1.8 million passengers a year. Located about 6 miles from the city's downtown area. The Oklahoma City Airport is the busiest airport in Oklahoma in terms of passengers served and cargo transported.

Tulsa International Airport (TUL)
Northeast Oklahoma airport serving more than 1.6 million passengers a year. Has three paved runways, about 10,000 feet, 7,370 feet, and 6,100 feet long. Airlines with flights in and out of the Tulsa Airport include (or have included at one time) Allegiant Air, American Airlines, American Eagle, Delta Air Lines, Delta Connection, Southwest Airlines, Sun Country Airlines, United Express, and US Airways Express.

Lawton-Fort Sill Regional Airport (LAW)
City of Lawton owned municipal airport primarily served by American Eagle Airlines that is also used for military aviation by the Fort Sill Army Base and Sheppard Air Fore Base. The Lawton-Fort Sill Airport serves more than 70,000 passengers a year. It is located in Comanche County, about two miles south of the city of Lawton, 10 miles south of Fort Sill and about 50 miles north of Sheppard Air Force Base in Texas.

Reliever Commercial Airports in Oklahoma

Richard Lloyd Jones Jr. Airport (RVS)
This FAA designated reliever and general aviation airport in Tulsa County is one of the busiest general aviation airports in the United States. It is about 660 acres in size and it has three asphalt runways, about 5,100 feet, 4,200 feet, and 2,640 feet long. Located in Tulsa County, about six miles south of the central business district of the city of Tulsa.

Westheimer Airport / OU Airport (OUN)
This general aviation airport owned by the University of Oklahoma has been designated a reliever airport by the Federal Aviation Administration. The OU airport is about 730 acres in size and it has two asphalt runways, about 5,200 feet and 4,750 feet long. The University of Oklahoma's Westheimer Airport is Located in Cleveland County, about three miles northwest of the city of Norman and about 18 miles south of Oklahoma City.

Wiley Post Airport (PWA)
This general aviation airport owned by the city of Oklahoma City has been designated a reliever airport for the much larger Will Rogers World Airport. Wiley Post Airport is located about 13 kilometers northwest of the city's central business district.
